Lanier Consulting is please to announce the addition of Rich Pender to our team. Rich is a Professional Mechanical Engineer with many years of power plant experience.
Rich has over forty years of experience in power plant design, operation, maintenance, construction and start-up, both in the nuclear power and fossil power industry. Experienced in managing large multi-discipline engineering projects including the preparation of Capital and O&M budgets, project schedules, and the coordination of design activities between Engineering, A/E’s, EPA (state and federal), Plant Operations, Vendors and Contractors. Extensive experience in power plant design, scrubber & SNCR design, equipment evaluations (including boilers, steam turbines, combustion turbines, heat exchangers, pumps, cooling towers, condensers, diesel generators and engines), plant operations and maintenance.
